3. Ordering and Payment

• Online Orders: Orders placed through our website are subject to confirmation. We will contact you to confirm your order details.
• Custom Orders: Custom cakes and large orders require a minimum of 48 hours advance notice. Custom cake prices start at $50 and vary based on size, design, and complexity.
• Payment: Payment is due at the time of order or upon pickup/delivery, depending on the order type. We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and cash for in-store purchases.
• Pricing: Our cakes range from $50 to $250. Individual desserts and smaller items are priced separately. All prices include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.

4. Cancellations and Refunds

• Standard Orders: Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled pickup/delivery date will receive a full refund.
• Custom Orders: Custom cake orders cancelled less than 48 hours before the scheduled date may incur a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the order total.
• Quality Guarantee: If you are unsatisfied with your order due to a quality issue, please contact us within 24 hours of receipt with photos and we will make it right with a replacement or refund.
• Perishable Goods: Due to the perishable nature of our products, refunds for change of mind are not available once the order has been picked up or delivered.

5. Delivery

• Delivery is available within a 15-mile radius of our bakery locations.
• Delivery fees vary based on distance and order size.
• We are not responsible for damage to products after delivery has been completed and signed for.
• Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to weather, traffic, or other unforeseen circumstances.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, images, logos, graphics, recipes (in general terms), design elements, and branding — is the property of Sweet Crumbs Bakery and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from our content without express written permission.
